DVDiano, I love how the collection on that first set of shelves look.

And Pressplay, spiffy looking setup you've got there. I like the modern look it's got going on.

Pressplay, i love your setup. Very classy and modern style, and color pallete.

I do see a cat though, -5 points for that.

Does anyone else play 'Find The Simpsons sets' with these pictures, or is that just me?

Ha ha, well you can't blame a girl for wanting a fur in the house. At least, it's giving us the Evil Eye on the picture!

StevieO, I find it odd that you would buy just Alien and Aliens which would probably be around $40 bucks for both, when you could have had the Quadirlogy for maybe 10 dollars more? Also, it appears you have Vol. 1, 2 and 3 of Futurama but No 4? That was one of the best ones.

Or, like me, he could have gotten them from CH for about7 bucks a piece and doesn't give a crap about 3 or 4, or some unweildy giant box set.

It's called personal taste and preference. I find your post trollish and unnecessary. Go away.

I purchased the two disc versions of all the Alien movies because the box set is cumbersome. And yes, Columbia House is the way to go.

Speaking of those Alien DVD's why do they have the numbers 10 and 11 on the side of them? I noticed a number on the side of my Predator Special Edition as well.

Yeah I'm not really a huge fan of the last two movies and I got a pretty good deal on alien and aliens, not columbia house though. And I'm going to get Vol. 4 of Futurama for sure, I'm just waiting for a good deal on cause I picked up the rest of them for like $19.99 or so.

As far as the numbers on the Alien boxes I think it's a thing Fox was doing with their special editions, like Abyss, Independence Day, etc.

That's just 20th Century Fox's new way of "unique-izing" their old Five Star Editions.

You know, it's really funny you should ask this, considering you posted in the very thread where I posted information about this.

Here it is.

For cheap frames you could check out your local Suncoast Video. They have some plastic ones that sell for $20.
