That banner completely killed any chance of me liking that cover art.

DVDActive now reports both films to be 2.35:1 - OAR.

Buena Vista Home Entertainment has announced special editions of Enemy of the State starring Will Smith and Gene Hackman, and Con Air which stars Nicolas Cage. Both discs will be available to own from the 16th May, and priced at around $19.99 a piece. Enemy of the State will include an extended cut of the film, presented in 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen, along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 track. Extras will include a Making of Enemy of the State featurette, an All Access: “The Showdown” Scene feature, deleted scenes, and the original theatrical trailer. The Con Air disc will also include an extended cut of the film, again presented in 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 track. No extra material has been revealed for this one yet, but we'll let you know if we hear anything. Stay tuned.

Im afraid I might have to pass. As much as I want an OAR version of Con Air, Im getting a little sick and tired of these unrated editions.
Man, that cover is terrible. Why didnt they just put the right head under the corresponding name? In 50 years, people are going to think John Cusack is John Malkovich.

The Con Air cover art is actually okay. Enemy of the State is the one, I feel, that got a rotten deal. Borders are often poorly designed, and that of Enemy is no exception. Hope the "unrated" moniker looks better on the final product.

The cover looks like a WWE PPV dvd cover. You've got Stone Cold, HHH, and that British Dude ready for a Triple Threat match.

They have to distinguish them from the original releases, which unfortunately means changing the cover art. Other than the huge unrated/ext title I don't see anything too terrible.
As I think I mentioned in the enemy of the state thread, credit billing and poster/dvd art rarely match up. Look at your other DVD's - 90% are like that.
