Didn't stop me from buying 3. Use different addresses and different e-mails. Simple as that.

Has anyone thought these boxes won't be that great when we receive them? I mean, I assume they will be flattened, and we will need to un-flatten them. Or am I missing something and a movie studio is actually doing something nice for us by shipping an actual pre-made pre-formed box.

I wondered that on the first page of the thread over in the Bargains forum. The box seems to be similar to the material housing the individual EE sets... i can't imagine having to fold them together, and shipping them in that awkward size would obviously more costly. Hopefully it's the latter, or that they have some way to put it together without it looking awkward.

Power to you for this, but why do you need 3 of them?

I am expecting them to be shipped together with probably styrofoam or something stuffed inside them, much like when you buy an anime Vol. 1 + box type DVD. If it comes unfolded it will be a piece of crap and I will be pissed. It won't cost them much if they ship it media mail at all. I doubt they are trying to make a killing on these boxes. They know damn well they could have charged atleast $5 for this box and easily got the orderes coming in.

No international customers/deliveries.
I'm in Ireland.
I want one of these boxes.
Is there a kindhearted American soul out there who'd be willing to order one for me using my e-mail address and a friend in California's shipping address (he doesn't use a credit card....).
I would pay straight away by Paypal, you can even have a 50% profit, I'll pay $4.50!!!

Two sets to hold and one "just incase" box.

Just ordered mine and no problems. Received my receipt via e-mail in about 1 minute!
(Edit)
Oh, maybe you noticed that I am in Japan and are asking "how'd he do that"? Simple, I just had it sent to a friend's place in Oregon, an address which is already listed as an alternate shipping address with my credit card company!

i've seen the EE boxset in stores, and the dark-olive-colored slipcover can't be folded, as it's as solid as the individual slipcases, and are glued together at the factory. will probably be shipped built already, like many of the anime slipboxes.

Very nice of New Line. Only thing better would be if Paul Chamagne would make a box for the trilogy.

*edit* nevermind- I guess he did
