Too heavy on the mindless action movies for my taste, though there are some exceptions (L.A. Confidential, 2001, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The French Connection). I'd want more classic films, more foreign films and some favorite comedies. But as long as your collection makes you happy, that's what's important -- not my stupid opinion.

Its alright. Criticism and commendations are always welcome.
I was a big Schwarzenegger in the 80's and I guess I still am. I'm trying to get every one of his movies on DVD. The 80's were a golden age for movies in my opinion. I do tend to go for blockbusters and I tend to go for movies that are more or less from my generation. If it I enjoy it it goes in my collection regardless, I love trash as well.

We share a lot of common titles and you have some I haven't picked up yet, but, not to be rude why care what other people think? Are you collecting things you like or just wanting to impress others? I see many people in collecting forums that seem to collect stuff jus tto brag and impress others, I just laugh or roll my eyes at them, I collect what I like and do it for myself...thats my $0.02
