Children Of the Corn box-set R2 Question

I found brand new 'Children Of the Corn' Collector's Edition box-set on amazon.co.uk, released on October, 25th and I'm goin to upgrade my current Children of the Corn DVDs (Parts I and III), cause the price is good. But before it along comes a question

I know that Anchor Bay released R1 DiviMax edition of the first part of CoC only earlier. Is it the the same disk that R2 box-set holds? I suppose it is. But what about other DVDs in the set ? Are they also Divimax Editions or not ? Did anyone buy this set ? I really don't want to doubledip cause I've got strange feeling they just put old barebone editions of second and third parts in that set

Questions regarding other region DVDs should posted in the International Forum.
