I got the old Bruce Lee Collection box set for $15 at Borders thanks to a convenient pricing error.

I got the signed DVD of I Drink Your Blood (298/500) on Ebay for $13 shipped. Someone must have pawned it off at this guy's store. If only he knew he could have got significantly more on Ebay!

LOST: Season 2 for ~-$10.

FYE had a trade 4 used, get 1 new free last year. I traded in 4 dvds that had come from the GS 3/$10 bin, bought when they had a b2g1 sale. The free title was supposed to be like $26.99 or less, but the guy ringing me up covered the whole price. It just happened to have a $20 rebate on as well. I do believe it is the only DVD I have BEEN PAID TO TAKE!

I had tried to trade in 8, but they rejected 1 disc. Went back the next day with another DVD to try it again but the guy wouldn't let me do it.

I'm not sure if I'd call it my *best* bargain ever, but I would like to brag about the fact that I bought Do The Right Thing (Criterion) for $9 earlier today.

There are some cases where I think the CC isn't worth the extra money compared to the 1-disc release (Traffic, Fear and Loathing) but DTRT is one of those cases where I think it's not only worth the extra money but mandatory.

Best deal I can think of off the top of my head was at Fry's awhile back: LOTR Boxed Sets, all three Extended Edition 4 disc sets, extra dvd in each box, and with bookends, gollum statue, and castle. Fry's had them on sale for $20 a set. I had been holding out on getting the Extended Editions because I wanted these, and I couldn't believe the price when I saw it in the Fry's add. I still see just the 4disc EE sets going for over $20 new.

I also remember paying less than $10 for Chasing Amy CC at Best Buy.

ABWH: An Evening of Yes Music - $10 (watched it and then it sold it on ebay for $350 - looks like it is finally being re-released in August)
Salo Criterion - $10.58 (Yes, I remember the full price)

I bought "From the Earth to the Moon: DTS" for mere $6.50 online at Djangos (shipping included) to Europe last year. A HUGE misprice, which did not get cancelled.

Best bargain I have ever done. Still havenīt seen it, though.

Donnie Darko DC 7.99$
LOTR Trilogy 21$ (slim SE versions) they were 7 each. Mess up at a local target.
Big Fish w/ Fairy Tale book 7.98$
Bruce Campbell vs the Army of Darkness: Boomstick Edition 7.99$ (cheaper than reg. version)
Both Books of the Dead for 22$ not each, together.
My brother got Clerks 10t anniv. for 12$ at gamestop and the 1st and 2nd seasons of DBZ for 6$ each. Brand new all 3 things.
Re-animator Millenium Elite version for 10$ I think. I fucking love Deepdiscount!

The thread went to 25 pages.. and it was locked as I begun to have fun with it.

Anyways... its the 2005 TARGET error and guess what.. there is also a $$$ rebate from WB back then for most boxsets included on that ridiculous sale

Today I picked up the out-of-print "The Nightmare Before Christmas" DVD at a pawn shop for $1.99.

Got season 1 of "Twin Peaks" for $7 last month, and sold it on Amazon just before the new complete series boxset was announced.
