Leading up to Halloween is one Horror film a night during the week and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday is 2 films. The line-up includes:
The Vincent Price/AIP classics
50's Giant Bug flicks
The classics from UNIVERSAL
Zombies and mayhem
...everything else.
HALLOWEEN 10/31/04:
The first 3 HALLOWEEN films
Both ELVIRA features
LADY IN WHITE
TERROR TRAIN
CHILDREN SHOULDN'T PLAY WITH DEAD THINGS
NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD
HELL NIGHT at 12:00 midnight

I won't re-list what I typed over there but I will add a few that made it into my line up so far.
Flesh for Frankenstein
Blood for Dracula
Both of these were just plain awful. I don't understand the appeal for these movies (and, yes, I know they are supposed to be humorous at times). I watched these because they were just announced as OOP by Criterion and rented them to see if I should pick them up. I'll just say that I don't care that they will be OOP.
Clownhouse - never saw it before, liked it (please, no Victor Salva/pedophilia discussion - save it for another thread)
Hell House - I found this documentary pretty interesting. For those that have not heard of it, it chronicles a fundamentalist church in Texas as they plan & produce a "Judgment House" for Halloween.
I watched Romero's Dead Trilogy for the first time in years last week. These get better with age, I like them now much better than I used to.
