Aladdin: Platinum vs. Special Edition Gift Set?
What' exactly is in the gift set? Any more dvd content or just a book and what appears to be drawings, etc...

Its the same content DVD wise.
It's just the Platinum Edition DVD, a story book, some animation drawings, I believe.

Aladdin Special Edition Collector's DVD Gift Set, which includes the Platinum Edition release plus all-new sketches by the original animators, a highly collectible film frame from the movie and the exclusive DVD Companion Book.
