Problems with Village of the Damned/Children of the Damned DVD
Anyone else buy Village of the Damned / Children of the Damned double feature?
I'm on my second copy of it from DeepDiscount and both copies are flawed.
Village plays fine, but Children of the Damned starts glitching about 24 minutes in, then starts locking up around 45 minutes in and does so every 10 minutes for the rest of the movie.
I've tried the movie on my Panasonic S35, a Mintek 1600 and an RCA with the same problem.
The weird thing is both movies are on the same side. The disc itself looks like it has several off color spots on it. Not sure if that's causing the problem or not. Both copies looked the same, so I'm wondering if there's a manufacturing / pressing flaw with the disc.
Anyone else?
Thanks
-Jason

I bought my copy on release day....and no problems. I've only tried 3 of the 8 active players I have...2 are Denon and the Malata all-region. I'm sure the other decks handle the disc with no issues. no markings on the disc.
I gave up on Panasonic a while back.
