So, is the movie in English, dubbed in English, or Italian with subtitles?

I got #2574. Gotta watch the interview with Robert Kerman, that is probably one of the weirdest interviews I have ever seen. Hard to believe this guy was a porn star.

Have found two eggs so far, I think there is supposed to be 5, or so I have read.

On main menu keep hitting left on the remote to get to one and in the interview menu keep hitting left. Both on disc 2.

I am seriously reconsidering watching Zombi for reassessment, but, please, someone just point me in some direction.

If you are looking for good acting and a meaningful storyline, you should probably look somewhere other than Cannibal Holocaust.

got #2226 today. DVD's were loose, hopefully there was no damage.

got mine today - #316/11,111. of course I have a floater too.

and of course no copies anywhere around my area...this is getting ridiculous...

There was a post on another forum about how there seems to be a large percentage of floaters with this title. Is this a thick dual amaray or slimline case, such as the recent Disney releases?

Given my luck, I'm sure my copy will be clattering when it arrives from DDD.

It's digipak in a slipcase... And it snaps shut, it will break in time. And yeah, I forgot to mention it in my earlier post, I too had a floater. Wasn't that bad though, a few small dings, so I figure it should be fine. I'm thinking that trying an exchange would be pointless (those 11,111 are bound to have sold out by now - or will soon).

i got a floater too...so pissed, but no a scratch or ding to be seen. would this mean, mostly likely the disc is fine?
for those that got floaters, did you try them out yet and see anything?
either way this is a great release that will hopefully end my movie marathon.

No floating discs...which sometimes happens when I have orders shipped. Never had any damage due to one though. *fingers crossed* on a huge 14 dvd order arriving tomorrow or monday.-eek-

It should be fine. Hell, most of the time they play fine even with light scratches.

I have to say that after listening to the commentary - I found it to be pretty mediocre. Deodato's average English is a slight hinderance, since he gives a much more interesting commentary in subtitled English for Jungle Holocaust - Robert Kerman's interjections are slight and don't provide alot of information. In my opinion, the whole commentary should have been a question and answer session, here it doens't become that till nearly the end of the film.

Damn, those boys in brown will need another truck!

So, which places have sold out of this DVD? As far as I can tell, DDD still has them (when I add it to the cart it doesn't say "on backorder" or anything like that).

Also, is the movie in English, Italian with English subtitles, or Italian dubbed into English?

Well I got a chance to check my copy out last night...

:up: to a great release, the packaging was pretty cool, nice insert with theatrical poster or two on it... and I didn't get to the 2nd disc, I enjoyed the menus/etc. on the 1st disc.

After watching the movie, I wasn't feeling too hot, and put in Eagles Hell freezes over tour to lighten up! The thing that got to me were the constant animal killings, this had a pretty harrowing effect over me, especially since I'm a wildlife nut, have pets, care for life etc. :wacko:

I realized after the movie that I actually sat down with a meat lover's pizza with extra pizza sauce for dinner. Was that subliminal? :whofart:

I didn't get to the 2nd disc, but maybe I can do it later when I feel up to it. Great release!!!

anyone find this in any B&M? i found one at border's, but it was a floater, so i left it.

Watched my copy last night... No problems with the playback on my Panny.

Like I wrote a few posts up, I got mine at Suncoast ($30). Two copies were there Tuesday morning at 10:30: one had a bad floater rattling around, & the one I bought which was fine.

doesn't Sage visit this forum and even posted in here? do you think there would be any chance of just getting a replacement 2nd disc for those that got theirs pretty scratched due to floating?
