just wonderin'
A lot of these movies are cult or guilty pleasures.

I really want The Wizard...

I think Seinfeld is one of the most anticipated sets for a lot of people in a while. I'm not particularly fond of the show, but I'll likely get it.

Mass market--none leaps to mind (other than possibly the original version of Star Wars, but I think that's more geak appeal--I find it hard to believe that the average joe gives a damn about this).

Me personally:

Either Twin Peaks Season 2 (I fully expect this to come out eventually)
or
Decline of Western Civilization Part I (I fully expect this to never be released, so it can remain my most anticipated forever).

If both of these show up, I've still got Urgh! A Music War which with all the music rights really ought to have a very difficult time ever seeing release, so I should never be totally done with my collection.

Simple Answer

I would say the next "Holy Grail" to be released(if it ever does ) for me at least, would be Walt Disney's classic: Song of the South.

Other titles I am extremly interested in:

Young Indiana Jones

And there you have it.

My holy grail of DVDs is still a Luis Garcia Berlanga collection, though.

Howard the Duck? I think you're all forgetting a little something I like to call Lord of the Rings: Return of the King - Extended Edition. Maybe you've heard of it?

But seriously though, I can think of plenty of movies that I would want on DVD, but not very many I think everyone else would want on DVD. I'd really like to get Yellowbeard or Robin Hood: Men in Tights or hey even Deathstalker III on DVD, but as far as people signing petitions and forming websites dedicated to getting them released, I don't think that's going to happen.

definately. I've been waiting for the decline..... for a while too. Who knows.... The Twin Peaks is my #1. Same with the pilot on R1 with a decent transfer.

I also want this to come out along with the pilot episode remastered properly for Region 1.

Since Wild at Heart SE is coming out later this year, maybe there's hope that some of the other Lynch movies such as Dune will also come out.

My personal "Holy Grail" is Bringing Up Baby.
