Any chance of a Crocodile Dundee Trilogy Box Set?

I would love more than anything to have a nice Box Set with all the three movies, and some nice special features. Maybe some new interviews with Paul Hogan and Linda K. I'm still waiting on this, and hope that it might happen. Would anyone besides me actually buy this? By the way, are they still married?

You actually liked the third version of this, personally i thought it was crap, but i love the first two movies and i also think it would be neat to see some new interviews and such, and i don't know if they are still married, my guess would be yes since the third movie was only out a couple years ago.

I WANNA ROCK! (TWISTED SISTER)
Man, I heard this song on DISH Network's feed of SIRIUS radio on one of the classic rock stations. That song hasn't aged well. Sounds very early 80-ish. And I used to love that album.

According to whoever updates the trivia on IMDb, they are still married:

Glad to hear they are still mariied, but I still wish Paramount would please release a 4 Disc set, with all three films, commentaries, documentaries, featurettes. My money is ready to be given, and considering they are still mariied, I don't think they would have a problem doing some new interviews for this. Why is Paramount waiting. IN fact, next year will mark the 20 year anniversary of the first film(can you believe it) what a great time for them to cash in(I hope your listening Paramount)

Oh, no doubt...I was a big fan of '80s metal. It's just that this album hasn't aged well. Very thin sounding guitars and whatnot.

I would buy the trilogy if the first two had some extras like commentaries w/ the actors. I prob would never watch the third but would gladly buy a set if the extras were decent enough.

Crocodile Dundee...any chance of a special edition boxset?

I was a huge fan of the first two films(the third one is about as good as the III Karate Kid in my book) but I would love to see them all get the special treatment they deserve. Some sugestions.

1) Audio commentaries-Director

2) New interviews with Linda K and Paul Hogan and Wally(forget the actors name).

3) some featurettes

4) new interviews with people who played a role in the films(i.e. Richard(film one) Ramon(part two) and some others.

5) a history of the bushman in Austrailia

I could be wrong but I don't even think the first film(or the second) are in anamorphic widescreen?

Please Paramount, Box All 3 films together in a nice special edition, and I will be very happy!! Any chance Paramount might do this in the near future. I think if it was done right, alot of people would buy it.

I would love to see an SE set of the films. At least the first two. The films are already anamorphic but I wouldnt mind seeing added features such as commentaries or behind the scenes. It is the 20th anniversay this year so why not do a special set with a look back. Unfortunately, Wally passed away in 1989 so he wont be able to do anything.

It's Paramount, don't get your hopes up. I would love for them to do it. Crocodile Dundee 1 and 2 were great, the 3rd one was ok.

I am still waiting for Almost An Angel to come out, that is through Paramount as well.

I thought Wally was in the 3rd installment at the end. He looked really old and had LOTS of wrinkles, but I could have sworn it was him. I think he was present during their marriage, which was a sweet way to end the series.

http://us.imdb.com/name/nm0576851/ If it was supposed to be Wally, it was another actor. Too bad, he was missed in the third.

considering that the crocodile dundee films can be found in the bargain bins nowadays and the first film is 20 years old, special editions can't be far off.

I think these films (at least the first 2, anyway) deserve commentaries and extras. Paul Hogan contributed a lot to the production of these pictures. They are his babies.

I really liked these films and would appreciate a boxed set. I just noticed that Paul Hogan hasn't done too many films at all.

His last film, Strange Bedfellows was really funny. If you havent seen that and like Hogan, you should give it a rent.

So can anybody think of a cool, stupid Special Edition name for the first Crocodile Dundee? It may help with the studio releasing it. Haha.

How about, "Crocodile Dundee: that's not a knife!, now that's a knife! edition"

Actually, I disagree. The fact that the first 2 films can be found cheap and have reasonably good anamorphic transfers, may delay a shot at a SE boxset anytime soon. I hope I am wrong, but Paramount sucks.

Crikey! I'm pretty knowledgable when it comes to movies, but I had NO IDEA that there was a third Crocodile Dundee movie.

I suppose next you will be telling me that there was 3rd Godfather and a 5th Rocky Movie!

I'd go for an SE of the first one, this year being the 20th anniversary and all.
