I've heard rumblings but wouldn't expect anything until next year.

Never seen the third film beginning to end, and what I have seen was nothing special. (I've heard the production had little funding, so they had to stay on Hollywood back lots rather than real sets.) But I love the first two, and would certainly welcome a boxed set of all three in newly remastered special edition forms. Sorry to hear about John Meillon.

I enjoyed the 3rd film, myself. I haven't seen it in a few years, though.

It was ok, it certainly is underappreciated though. It's not a great movie, like the shawshank redemption, but it's not supposed to be. It's a fun crocodile dundee flick.
