There's only one version of Clerks X. There isn't a separate FF and WS version like with some releases.
The deleted scenes are missing as a feature by themselves on the X disc, along with the commentary about why they were cut. The scenes themselves though can be seen in the Sundance cut of the film on the second disc, integrated into the film.
I have both, and haven't sold the original disc yet only because I could only get about $5 for it (if that) on eBay. I figured I'll just keep it or give it away for that money. $5 isn't even worth my time to put up the auction.
