I usually sell those dvds that I hate, but right now, I'm not really liking Robocop 3 (in boxset) or these Twilight Zone dvd (has four eps on it)-I never watch 'em.

Baracine;

I hope you didn't take offense, if so I apologize - my joke wasn't really bashing but stereotyping (liking musicals) - I actually have a couple of gay friends and have nothing at all against gays in general.

In any event, it was sort of a set-up - I thought you might come back the way you did, so I lobbed you one.

No offense taken. As long as you know that one can be gay and still hate Moulin Rouge!.

Memento or Being John Malkovich. Both were gifts, and I always keep gifts.

But being gay doesn't mean I have to like a piece of trash like Moulin Rouge! or even give free sartorial or decorating advice to straight people I meet on the street, for that matter. I'm not that gay!
I respect your opinion...though I happen to disagree with you. What might be "obvious" to you perhaps means something else to others. I dont not refer to the ongoing "discussion" here. But remembering how you bashed the "obvious" in Irreversible and seeing how you chose to state your opinion here makes me wonder...perhaps we see differently not only films but other issues as well.

Cheers,
Pro-B

The Animal - Absolute trash.

After Duce Bigelow (which I thought had some relatively funny scenes in it), I got this as a "blind buy". Couldn't even make it to the end.

The cinematographer to Blair Witch died in a plane crash last week. He was 35 years old. I could make a joke about wishful thinking but I think I'll pass.
