What time do you usually watch your DVDs?

Do you watch them around 8pm-11pm or late night or afternoons in some cases?

Almost never. Seriously, I haven't had much time to watch anything. I just collect them and let them sit on shelves.

Whenever I have time. Usually I'll run them in the background (as opposed to the radio or something) when I'm working on something else... for instance I'm watching Kill Bill 2 right now

Lately, I've been doing my DVD watching from the time I get off work (7-10 pm) until about 5-6 am.

At night. I use front projection and have little control over how much light is let into my apartment (have windows on all walls and am a corner unit) so I watch mine at about 9pm. Actually I usually start them at more around 1am, but 9 is when it is getting dark.

listen to DVDs in the background....you rule, man!

I usually start watching my DVDs late at night until the first lark cries.

I've got no television so I do all my DVD watching on either my 15" G4 Powerbook or a front projector.

Monday--Thursday
Sometime between 6:30 PM -- 8:30 PM my wife and I watch a couple anime eps on the powerbook.

Sometime between 8:30 PM-Midnight -- We head downstairs for a feature length DVD on the projector.

Friday-Sunday
Sometime between 9 AM -- 8:30 PM. I watch 2-3 hours of anime and/or TV shows on DVD on the powerbook.

Between 8:30 PM -- 5 AM. Watch 1 or 2 feature length DVDs on the projector.

Usually on my off-days and weekends, early afternoon, since I tend to be watching something on TV or doing something else at nights. I do watch DVDs late at night on the computer while I'm laying in bed, however. But most times I never seem to make it through the entire movie when I do it that way.

Mainly whenever the mood strikes, which is primarily when I have time (at night) or Sunday afternoons when cleaning

8pm-ish here as well due to room light.

Often TV shows (no need for 5.1 sound) at night as I fall asleep (play all feature VERY helpful here) and maybe a black and white oldie on Sunday afternoons.

Commentaries while cleaning the house and such.

Same here: after dark. With 12 windows, most of them big picture windows, I can't see my RPTV during the daytime. With so many large windows, darkening the room is not an option.

This means that I have to start late in the Spring and Summer and I have much more movie watching time in Fall and Winter.

At the present time, 8:30 PM is dark enough to begin. A few weeks ago it was 9 PM.

(Nice meteors last night during the Perseid meteor shower. It is dark enough around here that I can see the Milky Way from inside the house!)
