Problem with Alien Quadrilogy Disc 1
So I finally got around to watching the Alien Quadrilogy which I purcashed from DDD back during the 20% off sale. I get consisten freezes throughout the entire disc 1 movie. Fast forwarding a second will resume play. I did a search and couldn't find anything relating to this. I also had no packaging problems, the disc is not scrachted.
Is anyone aware of any known problems with the first disc of this set. The other discs that I have tried so far do not have this problem. Would anyone have a fox contact # so that I can get the disc replaced.

I had a similar problem with disk 1 (it freezes/skips around the layer change) and I also bought it from DDD. I called Fox and they had no idea that there were any problems with these disks.

I think when the discs first came out a lot of people were saying that it would freeze up or go backwards, during the part where the group is deciding whether or not to follow the beacon/signal.
I haven't played it on my Philips 727, but I played it on 2 other players (a crappy Oritron, and a Bose home theater dvd player forget the name) and it played fine.
