This is really not that big a deal, but I just got back from picking up Predator SE at the store, and thought I'd give everyone a heads-up:
There are two versions, widescreen and fullscreen, with completely identical fronts. You'll only know by looking on the back if it's the one you want. I almost picked up the wrong one, so I thought I'd try to play the nice guy.

Usually FOx changes the color on the boxes for ws/fs.
Planet of the Apes had a silver back or a black background for ws/fs,
and Star Wars will have Silver or Gold, coding ws/fs
True, i just looked at Predator, and both look quite identical. confusing to the average person.

I know that most places haven't started selling this yet, but since I already have my copy, I thought I'd start the obligatory post-release discussion thread a little early with a question:
I know it was brought up in another thread a while back, but did anyone figure out what the deal was with the number on the spine of this release? I was under the impression that each DVD in this line of Fox releases had its own number. This release of Predator has a 15 on the spine, yet the release back in March of The Commitments has the same number 15. Is this a mistake they didn't correct in time, something they didn't even notice, or just chose to ignore it? Just curious.

They're not really that spectacular, but I found a few hidden items which would probably be termed as easter eggs, if anyone's interested. I "spoiled" them if you prefer to search for them yourself.

I asked the lady at Wal Mart for a copy of Predator SE
Me: Hello Cutie Pie! I want to ask you a bunch of questions....and I want them answered immediately. Where is your Predator SE
Lady: Hands me a fullscreen copy
Me: C'mon....don't bullsh!t me! One of us is in deep trouble!
I did find a widescreen copy tucked away behind all the fullscreen copies.
Thanks for the heads up!
