thanks
same for me.

Thanks Chris.

I guess I'll see it sometime next week if they're not too backlogged.

In all seriousness, is the additional $15 worth it to own Shorts Vol 3?

I have everything else on DVD, and I can't justifty $15 for Shorts until I hear
1)it's never coming out any other way and
2)it's worth $15

Honestly, I'd say hold out on it. The shorts are indeed worth the extra cash but I believe they will be placed on another box set release (Vol. 1 and 2 are already out there and Mr. B's Lost Shorts is coming next month) in the future. If you can't wait then, yes, the shorts are worth it.

Sorry, but I feel I need to bitch a little. I decided to get this "collection" even though I already have Manos, and I broke down and paid the extra 15 bucks for the Shorts disc, but for some reason this really pisses me off:

Note: Applicable sales tax will be added in IL, CA, CO and NY.

There's no mention of sales tax until this message at the bottom of the receipt (after you place the order). I'm not coming away with a good feeling about spending $33 for one new episode and a "bonus" disc in a flimsy envelope.

Looks like it's already too late!

Tower has the Essentials disc for $19.99, BTW, if someone doesn't feel like ordering it online. Saw it last Thurs.

I decided not to get this. I was going to get it with the club offer, but ordering everything individually from deepdiscountdvd was much cheaper. And I get to control whether it's a Joel or a Mike video!

Picked up Vol 2, and I may give Mike another chance. Who won't get a 2nd chance is Pearl, which is good, because if I decide to get the Mike discs too I'm still limiting myself (and my spending) to an acceptable amount.

Finally got it today. I think I ordered it around the 27th of last month. I switched the two Essentials disc to a better type of case, but I need something for the Shorts disc. Has anybody made up a cover?

Still waiting on this set. I finally got billed so I'm hoping I'll get it soon. A cover for the Shorts disc would be nice. If someone could do a scan of the VHS box it would probably be easy to make one.

I ordered mine on 09/04 & my receipt stated it would take 3-5 weeks for delivery. So I wasn't expecting it anytime soon. But, it arrived this afternoon. Only took 12 days. Hope that helps some of you who are on the fence.

I finally ordered my Mst3k Essentials from the web offer about a month ago and it came with the shorts disc.

I finally made up my own cover for the Shorts Vol 3 disc, but I cannot get it to print at the right size and I'm tired of wasting ink and paper. I could probably host it on my homepage for a bit, would anyone be interested in printing me out a copy at the right size and mailing it to me (I'll pay postage)?

thanks

Thanks for the info, fiver. I would try to print it out for you, Milo, but when I print out covers they always seem to be missing about a quarter inch on one side.

Re: MST3K Web Offer

Hi All,

I realize this is a rather old thread but I'm rather desperate to track down a "Shorts Volume 3".

Anyone out there interested in selling theirs?

Thanks.

Re: MST3K Web Offer

This hardly ever even shows up on eBay. I still regret not jumping on this, it's the only commercially available MST3K disc I don't own.
