Same menu screens, different packaging?

Don't know if this goes here or on regular DVD Talk, but I was wondering: how many shows do you know of that have kept the same menu screens on their releases through various and sundry packaging iterations (by which I mean, for instance, that a show can be packaged first in a regular cardboard box and then switch to keepcases)?

One I know of is Remington Steele (the 1982-87 NBC detective series starring Stephanie Zimbalist and Pierce Brosnan). I have three of the releases of that, and all three seem to have the same menu screens as they had when they were first released (in 2009, new keepcase packages were made of these releases; these are the ones I got, and not the original releases).
