The only one I have is Robocop. I like it, but not enough to collect them or anything.

A whole lot of people love this movie and the director's certainly got a loyal following. However, I hated it. Completely self indulgent, overly stylish, overrated piece of shit. Its basically a low rent Matrix meets Resident Evil kinda film. Imagine that.

I'm starting to feel the pull too. I picked up two of the Dragonball Z ones from Big Lots a few weeks ago and immediately listed them on half.com. But I'm getting the idea the market for them is a bit flooded so I may end up keeping those....

Recently found a used copy of the Appleseed steelbook, and just found the Batman: Gotham Knight one the other evening.

So that brings me up to
Dune special edition
Terminator SCC S1
Clone Wars movie release
Appleseed
Gotham Knight
Iron Man

Are we counting the old Akira tin case?

you called it a "tin case" yourself, so nope

generally speaking, steelbooks are only considered steelbooks if they have the "steelbook" logotype inside the case. it is trademarked and manufactured by only one company, scanavo.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. The film itself was so-so, but the design of the Steelbook was attractive. (I much preferred the teaser poster to the full release poster; it called to mind the classic Temple of Doom poster of yore.) Unfortunately, I could not tell until I opened it that its spine hinge was cracked 3/4 of the way down! I was very disappointed, and even moreso that the guy at Coconuts wouldn't exchange it.

The first one I got was the tin slipcase version of Terminator 2. Then, I got the Superman ultimate collection in a tin. Then, it was the Voltron sets followed with the tin case for Snow White And The Seven Dwarves.

snow white may be the SteelBook™, but the others you mentioned are not considered SteelBook™.
