Hellboy: DC had a slipcase? or are we talking about the box that holds the 3 discs? If so, how would they get rid of it? shrinkwrap the discs together without? that seems unlikely--otherwise...I must find this.

You're right. It's part of the package and not a "slipcase" as we classify it (sold without later on). I'll take it off the list.

Slipcases for 3-27-07
I wandered around Circuit City today and didn't see much in the new releases beyond Happy Feet.
R. Kelly: Live - The Light It Up Tour
The Pebble and the Penquin: Family Fun Edition (which I had no idea was coming out but it's 2-Discs and anamorphic which is a far cry from the original MGM release.
Also saw the Films To Die For series have slipcases. Didn't see any of the titles but the next time I pop into a store, I'll jot them all down. I'm sure there was more than the two I saw.
Also saw some other titles that haven't been added to the master list (like some of the Speed Racer releases) that I'll be updating tonight.
And finally, the exclusive Circuit City releases are called CIRCUIT CITY DVD ESSENTIALS. The slipcase is a lot like the Target Red cases. I saw Aliens Vs. Predator and X2.

Donnie Darko DC - 2 slipcovers
Thanks for the slipcover list...very handy. Didn't the Donnie Darko Director's Cut intially have a translucent, plastic slipcover instead of the white cardboard one currently in circulation? It was the same graphic, but had more of a bluish tint? Then again, i could be just trippin...i was just sure i remembered it being different than the white one when it was first released...thanks.

Speaking of X2, i finally found the 2 disc version and of course, no sc. It does have one, right? I'm sure i remember having one previously. I recently sold alot of my DVDs and am in the process of rebuilding the empire...so i appreciate any help....

I just stumbled across an exclusive slipcase for Sublime Unrated at Target. All black with a square hole cut right in the middle so you can see the image on the other side.
Also, Charlotte's Web at Target has an exclusive SC too that holds the novel and DVD.
Gah! Haven't so much trouble keeping up now-a-days!

Slipcases for 04/03/07
I've only been to Target this week to see what they had so this update is based on that trip. I'm gonna hit Wal-Mart & Best Buy either today or tomorrow to double check for Slipcases.

Does the regular (non-exclusive) version of Charlotte's Web come with a slipcase?

Yes. It definately does. I got it from Amazon.com when it first came out and it didn't have the slipcover. I figured it didn't come with one.
Then I went to work and my boss bought his at Best Buy. His came with a slipcover!! I thought maybe it was a BB exclusive but after looking around, every store had the slipcover. Amazon stiffed me!!
Anyways, my boss ended up giving me his because I was "a collector" and it would just end up ruined if he kept it.
It's pretty much the same as the regular cover but it's holographic and shiny.

Thanks. I'll update later this week. I want to hit Best Buy and Wal-Mart to see if any other covers were released this week first.
Dammit! I own the Frighteners (with cover) and thought it was on the list already! How did that one slip by?

That's the comedy that had an exclusive cover! I knew there was one and I couldn't remember which.
Thanks.
I'll hopefully update before Monday. Trying to catch up on some work at home (before Easter with the kids). Found out that Charlotte's Web does come with a regular slipcase (as well as the Target exclusive).
