If you look at the small pictures for the cases, particularly the products:
DVD Swivel DTE Tray
ONE-Time™ DVD Double Clear Swivel Tray
Their cases use the hub in the picture you posted.
But from the looks of their site, maybe they only sell cases to DVD companies.
And on their profile page, the company is in Australia, and I think they only sell cases to people in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
These are my favorite cases, next to Amaray cases. Now to try to find a company in the US that sells them.

It's hard to tell from the small pics they have, but the hubs on the ones from that site don't look the same to me.

I'm especially interested in the clear slim-double cases of this variety. My copies of The Bird with the Crystal Plumage: 2-Disc Special Edition and Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid: Ultimate Collector's Edition came in them. Also The Final Countdown: 2-Disc Limited Edition came in a blue transparent one. Does anyone know of any budget DVD's that use either the transparent 1-Disc or 2-Disc versions of this case? I'm almost willing to buy a few cheapo DVD's just to get a couple extra cases.

When I was working at CompUSA they had their own brand of dvd cases and they all had these. I hated them, the discs would always fall out of place so I switched to Memorex which I think are much better. If that is really what you want, though http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...ct_code=299289
EDIT: Oops, didn't realize this question was asked a year ago.

This mystery brand doesn't make an actual fat double case (with approx. 22 mm spine) like an Alpha double or Scanavo 2/One Xtra Overlap. They make multi-disc cases in the 4-8 disc capacity (with approx. 27 mm spine) - I've seen those - but not a fat double. And we still have no idea where to buy these cases at all, in any capacity, or even what they're called. All the 'where to buy' suggestions offered so far have been the wrong kind of cases. So for now they appear to be a wholesale-only item. The best substitutes currently available for the multi-disc ones with the 27 mm spines are probably the VERSApaks made by Nexpak. They have a very similar design and hub. You can buy those at Sleeve City.

Btw, if anyone's looking for a good source for the clear single cases with these hubs try picking up the "Space Views" DVD at Ross. At $1.99 it's the cheapest source I've found so far. I'm going to try grabbing a couple other cheapo 2-Disc DVD's to see if I get lucky and find a source for the 2-Disc clear ones too. I struck out with the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fast Forward - Future Shellshock!" DVD - it was a Scanavo 2/One Overlap (with stacking hub).

Re: Where can I find cases with this hub?
I finally figured out who makes these. They're called "Viva" cases (Viva 1-Pack, Viva 2-Pack, etc.) and are manufactured by Viva Magnetics out of Hong Kong. They also have plants in Canada and Australia. I still have no idea where to find these for purchase, though...not unless you're a business looking to buy in bulk.

Maybe we can take up a collection and order in bulk
I wish they would sell direct to consumers though, it is a pain trying to find these cases anywhere.
