Inserts/Cases for Universal
Just bought Serenity and no insert (just an ad for BSG)
The Office (US) also has no insert.
Both have the new sucky "locking" keep case.
Both are Universal titles
Are all Universal titles gonna be like this now?
I don't really care what the inserts look like as long as they have a descriptive list of chapters (or episodes for TV shows)

Universal used to be really good at providing inserts. They provided chapter lists, director's notes, pics, etc. This was usually in their late 90s to '02 dvd releases. Unfortunately, now you either get nothing or a promotional ad for other Universal dvd's. As for the locked cases I don't mind them, it's a preventive maintenance from little kids.
