My Quantum Leap did not come with an insert (even though the case is clearly designed for one).

Is this correct?

21 Grams doesn't have one cuz it's an Universal title.

Believe it or not, Field of Dreams Anniversary Edition has a two page insert with author notes. Go Universal.

City of God doesn't have an insert. It just has some crappy advertisement.

Hi I just picked up the two disc set of Trainspotting (canadian version) and found that I didn't have an insert. Does the american version have an insert or can anyone confirm if the canadian version is supposed to have an insert. I recall reading that it was supposed to come with one.

Yes, the American 2-disc Trainspotting is put out by BVHE and indeed has an insert.

It's Miramax, so it should have one I believe.

I don't know about Cop Land, but the other two catalog titles that came out the same day, Trainspotting and Flirting with Disaster, both had inserts.
