Paycheck does NOT have an insert. Nor does Starsky and Hutch.

Carlito's Way *did* have an insert, but recent pressings do not.

Just checked my Rainman SE. It doesn't have an insert.

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I received Name of the Rose and Red Sonja yesterday, and no inserts. They are recent Warner releases and packaged in keepcases, so that's cool...

I just got Cop Land from WalMart (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118887/) and it didnt have an insert

Can someone confirm whether or not Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country 2-Disc Special Edition has a bi-fold insert like the previous 5 Special Editions?

No insert in Star Trek 6.

Bubba (Collector's) has a booklet (scrap book).

Triplets only had an ad sheet - not what I would consider an insert.

Yeah.....my Lost Boys Special Edition didn't come with an insert. Oh well, at least it's in a keep case.
