Wow - I just received my replacement insert for Miracle from Disney yesterday. That was fast.

Just to let you know:

Saving Private Ryan 2-Disc D-Day Comm. Edition has no insert, however there is no room/need for one with the neat packaging.

Underworld Unrated also has no insert but there is no need because it has a thick comic book and storyboard book. Nothing else would fit!

Anyone know about Bubba Ho-Tep? I may get this one as well.

Damn that Hollywood video with those tempting low prices but never include inserts. Any idea if any of these are supposed to come with inserts??? Also since all their DVDs are packaged in normal cases, can anyone also mention if any of these originally came in snapper cases??
