oh battle royale tartan ntsc 5.1 from the uk does not have an insert.

Runaway Jury does NOT have an insert.

So that makes Fox, Universal, Lions Gate, Paramount, and sometimes Sony, and MGM that don't do inserts.

I bought Disney's Fox and the Hound new and it didn't have an insert. I'm pretty sure that it's supposed to though.
Others that I got used that didn't have chapter inserts (I'm pretty sure that they weren't supposed to):
8 mile
Empire
Stalingrad

8 Mile did have some sort of ad in it with pics from the movie on one side, but no chapters. They may have stopped that though.

Does anyone know if the recent Monty Python/Meaning of Life 2-disc from Universal comes with an insert. I ordered it from CH, and it looks like I got a "re-wrap" (no security tape, loose shrinkwrap, etc.). And there is no insert in the one I got.
