Anyone whose seen the disc...does it look much better...although...my main cause for wanting to buy is the DTS sound...does it sound that much better?

I found a review posted on dvdtalk for you, hope it helps you some. I myself would probably get the superbit.

It's only got ~.4MBps higher bit-rate. I'd rather have the extras in this case.

DTS is awesome. Get it if you're a big BHD fan.

DVDbeaver compares the three versions here:

Not suprisingly the Superbit is the winner in the audio department but the video is supposedly not any better than the Deluxe Edition. I would probably just stick with it for all of the extras.

I bought the Superbit 3 disk + Original Soundtrack disk from Korea several months ago and I am very happy with the DTS sound. All in all it would depend on your setup if you really notice the difference in DTS. I am running Dual SVS cylinders so the DTS does pack a bigger punch on the bass side.

DTS track has a better dynamic range, sharper, clearer and more natural sound.

Yep like I said it will all depend on your setup. If you have a $200 HTIB setup, you will be hard pressed to find a difference. Likewise if you have a $30,000 Krell setup with good hearing you can hear the difference. Those of us inbetween with Mid-Fi systems should have their preferences between DTS and Dolby Digital.
I agree with this review posted below at the Korean 3 disk Blackhawk Down Superbit as he cites several examples in the differences between DD 5.1 and DTS.

I got the same one a few months ago. Great DTS track. Very happy I got this set.
