defective FOTR EE?
a few months ago, i picked up a USED fellowship of the ring: extended edition at Coconuts. The contents seemed as if they were barely even touched by the previous owner and at a price of $20, i thought it was good deal.
Now that i have the time to watch a 3 hour+ movie, I watched the first half, which was fine. The second disc, however, has the SAME EXACT contents as the first disc. The second disc, however, is clearly labelled "Part Two." The appendecies are fine.
I'm sure this is the reason why the previous owner sold the copy to Coconuts in the first place. I'm not sure if the copy is legit, but it seems perfectly real and I know that Coconuts will scan the barcode of the DVD before they buy it. The only thing that I can find suspicious is that on the insert (the list of chapters), it always has the Spanish titles along with the English titles of the chapters.
Was I completely ripped off from a legit version of this dvd or is it just a disc defect? If so, is there a place where i can request just the second disc? Thanks.

I would contact Coconuts first about a refund. If they say no then write an email or letter to New Line explaining the situation and see if maybe they will send you a second disc.
