Kill Bill Vol. 1 DVD question...

I just got this a pre-viewed DVD from Blockbuster. My copy didn't include a booklet or insert,so my question is was there a booklet or incert with this DVD original (to those of you who maybe bought it in the stores) just like to know what I'm missing if anything.

Thank you.

that is my only grime with buying the pre-viewed's, which i buy often.

if they can save the cover i don't know why they can't save the insert as well.

either way i don't pay full price for movies and inserts don't mean a whole lot to me.

There was also an insert for other KB products i.e. action figures, mugs and ***** Wagon keychains.

pre-viewed from Block is so so sketchy...you'll be watching the entire movie and then with 8 minutes left you'll find a scene that freezes and you'll have to either open disc tray a couple times or suck it up. i hate blockbuster dvd's when they are not brand new rentals and fresh!

Here's another question. What's up with this version? Is it just an import with all the same stuff as the US release?
