The pilot also might have music-clearance issues, as it featured a few songs in it. I remember Rancid's "Salvation" playing very prominently in it.

I thought the reason behind FOX not being able to release the pilot was because of the original Willow not being in the series so she wouldn't want the pilot to be released. Everyone called her Bizzaro-Willow from what I can remember.

But pilot or not, I think it would be awesome if Fox did release 2 more discs of extras even one more disc would be awesome. I don't know if anyone else would want the original episode trailers to be included on an extra disc but I would think that would be awesome if they would release those. What else would they cover on these two discs (that's if they even release one to two extra discs)? Or what would you guys want to see on these discs?

Thanks man. Just started watching Buffy. I always get into shows when they are already gone, just like Farscape.

I always enjoy the behind-the-scenes stuff. How they do the stunts. Outtakes. Blooper reels. Dailies. I'd like to see them take one episode and show the entire process. From the first thoughts to the final shot. They should put some footage on there from the posting board parties they use to have.

As for the pilot, any fan would enjoy seeing that, no matter how bad it might be. I know I liked seeing it and it be pretty cool to see it as part of the extras.

Actually I would be willing to have the two discs be two hours of a cameraman following Alyson around.
