Where is "The Big Snit"?

I saw this cartoon a couple of times in college and it was so funny that I still laugh thinking about it. Is it available on DVD?

It's available on the "Animation Greats!" DVD, a compilation of great animation. "The Big Snit" is really fantastic, by animator Richard Condie.

It was an early DVD and was released under a couple of different labels. You can find it at Amazon marketplace or ebay.
