Problems with Fox DVDs

My DVD player has no problems with R1 discs except for Fox releases. Do they burn their DVDs differently?

I have had problems in the past with Fox too. IMO they make a filmsy dvd and package.

Commercial DVDs aren't burned.

I've been burned buying a couple of them, though.

From: You have moved into a dark place. It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
The only problem I have with Fox DVDs is that the wrapper seems to get melted onto the spine with more of them than discs from any other company.

I have to take a razor blade to the keepcase to scrape off the pieces of stuck wrapper.

Ugh.
