If you live in Australia and the item is being shipped from the US, you need to find out how it was shipped. If they shipped ground (economy) I have seen it take 11 to 12 weeks to get to the address in Australia.
If it was air, 5-7 business days is more the norm.
7 calendar days (1 week) is way too soon to start making acusations.

That's odd. When I opened this thread, my BS alarm went off.

Quick question...why would anyone pay $30.00 for a copy of Goldeneye S.E. anyway? Brand new copy costs $14.98 in most stores and used copy approx. $9.00. Is there like a super duper version out there that I am not aware of?

If you shop on Ebay it's only a matter of time until you get ripped off. When that happens the cost will likely offset any savings you might believe you have been getting. It's not worth it.

There are PLENTY of trustworthy, honest, reliable, legit sellers of dvds or anything else on Ebay. Ebay is actually extremely proactive (no matter what you see, hear or read) at removing or suspending poor sellers or bootleggers. However, buyers need to be patient, check the feedback rating, read the entire auction description, and have an active Ebay IQ above 75. The IQ is where most people go south and get ripped off.

Wrong. The parcel he bought presumably had the authentic DVD in it. The parcel he received didn't. He didn't get the item he paid for. Therefore, there was a non-shipment of item paid for. What he did was perfectly legal.
