Autographed DVD cases

Has Anyone ever gotten a dvd case signed by an actor from that movie?

I got a Moonraker Dvd signed by Richard Keel (Jaws) and a vhs of Halloween (20th Anniversary 2 Tape set limited Edition) signed by John Carpenter.

I am going to a convention later in the year and was thinking about getting Richard Hatch (Apollo) to sign my Battlestar Galactica Box set.

Ah, Autographs...

I enjoy my autograph collection immensley. Most of my autographs come from directors or other behind-the-scenes types, but I do have a couple of good actor signatures.

-Alien (first release): Veronica Cartwright (Lambert), Ron Shusett (writer/exec.producer)*
-Cube (first release): Nicole DeBoer (Leaven)
-The Frighteners: Jeffrey Combs (Milton Dammers)
-Jason and the Argonauts: Ray Harryhausen (my crown jewel)
-Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back: Kevin Smith (he also signed a photo of him and me from Cannes, and a copy of Green Arrow #1!)
-Re-Anmator (Millennium Edition): Jeffrey Combs (Herbert West), Stuart Gordon (director)
-Star Trek 2,4, and 6: Nicholas Meyer**
-Terminator 2 Ultimate Edition (Tin Case, 2-disc): Stan Winston
-Time After Time: Nicholas Meyer**

...and I think that's it, for now. But I'm going back to San Diego this summer, so hopefully I'll have many more soon!

BOMM,

CS

* I'd still kind of like to get the whole Nostromo crew's autographs while they're all still with us
** Got these all at the same signing at Borders in LA

Check out this thread that's been going for a while.

Basia... cool that you're coming down. You know I'll be there starting Preview Night.

Stupid multiple threads...

What, you mean I have to post all that again? Nuts to that!

See you in SD. I'll be the one in the Dr. Who outfit.

No, wait, that's not right.

Oh, no... didn't mean you have to post again.. just thought you might want to check to see what others have posted. Some pretty cool stuff.

Yeah, I got 4 DVDs signed at last years Comic-Con (Kevin Smith, Bill Plympton, Elvira, Brinke Stevens). This year should be really good and I'll try to pack more DVD covers this time

Pretty cool. Don't see to many celebs in this neck of the country.

That one is pretty good. I would have gone with something else though like Top Gun or Minority Report.

I have the DVD itself of For All Mankind (Criterion) autographed by Apollo 17 Commander Gene Cernan, the last man to stand on the moon. I don't really have any more, although I used to have a pretty decent autographed CD collection.
