Duel finally coming out?
Noticed Scarecrow Video has it listed as due out on July 24.
Anyone else heard anything?

I never heard of Scarecrow Video. I will start believing Duel is coming out (again) when I see Amazon and other name retailers advertising it. I missed out like most when a few copies slipped out the first time. Stupid people are paying stupid prices on EBAY. I love this movie but (NO) movie is worth that price to me.

I bought a copy of this on eBay for $40. It was guaranteed authentic. It wasn't. I paid with PayPal. The person didn't use "Delivery Confirmation." PayPal's bidder protection policy states that if someone cannot prove the package was shipped to you, you get a refund. This person couldn't prove it, and they were not smart enough to go pitch a postcard in the mail with a tracking number.
What did I get? A DVD that has THX and plays great. However, I've compared it with an original and it is not the same cosmetically. I get to enjoy the movie for free at the expense of a bootlegger...

He got turned down by seller? Didn't he say he tried the old "I didn't recieve, you can't prove it" trick? Thats what he said,....the seller couldn't prove he recieved it.
