I got mine from DVDPacific.com and all individual discs were shrink-wrapped w/out hole punches, so I guess I got lucky. Your best bet online is probably DVD Box Office (I've only used 'em once or twice but I've had no problems), where you can use a $5CAD off coupon (SpringIntoSavings) to get it for $135CAD, which ain't bad.

Also a general question: will these (when they're re-released) have the same cleaned-up image as in the CC editions? I know there's other versions of these flicks out there that have terrible image quality (I'm thinking of my first copy of The 39 Steps).
