Well, I can see by the Poll's choices that the genre of TV shows that many like here are FAR from my tastes, examples: Felicity, Dawsons Creek, Northern Exposure. I wouldn't go near those with 10' poles. My choices above aren't my normal faves either, but I'm on a animation kick right now.

Actually Twin Peaks Season 2.
In your poll, it's either Buffy and the re-released, space-saving, Star Trek TOS. But I picked Buffy before I remembered about the better (or at least thinner) release of Star Trek.

Having been a huge Knight Rider fan back in the day, I'd like to say that buying the set coming out would be a no brainer. But I think my decision may hinge on what I read in the reviews about the video quality.
Not long ago, but before I got into DVD, I bought about six VHS tapes with what I consider to be the best KR episodes on them from Columbia House. Beyond being VHS, the video quality is poor - there's a lot of garbage on the screen. Not cleaned up at all. If it hasn't been properly restored for the DVD, it may not be worth getting for me.
Still, my No. 1 is EFC Season 1. Quantum Leap was a show I enjoyed, too, and will seriously consider.
