I haven't seen any announcement either, but with Fox starting their "fall" season so early, I can't help but wonder if the DVD set won't also get an earlier release.

September would be my guess, follow suit with the last few seasons.

No, but there's someone on eBay selling all 9 seasons of 24 for $185! I'm sure it's legit, so I'd jump on it!!

Fox isn't starting their Fall season early. This is the same "summer series" we see every year - they just found a cool new way of promoting the shows. 24 won't be back until late October...so expect Season Three to come out around the same time Season Two did in 2003.

yup. I'm sure they are printing up the "Watch Season 4 coming in october" stickers that they will be putting on season 3.

I wonder if they'll do the 2-episode preview sampler again.

Isn't Season 3 still airing new episodes on television?

Calm down, buddy, it's on its way - they'll release it to promote the new season in the fall.

It's supposed to come out on R2UK on 26/07/2004. A box-set with 7 discs.
