Request: Pearl Jam - Live at Chop Suey

I recently acquired this promo DVD which just comes in a small CD slip cover of some sort. A picture of it can be seen here (it is next to last). Since I have the DVD and access to a scanner I could get some high-resolution scans of the actual cover for anyone who could tackle this.

Thank you.

I have been looking for this as well and haven't had any luck so far.

I went ahead and tried to get a nice scan of the CD slip cover but I have been unable to get a satisfactory scan. I just can't seem to get rid of the moire patterns resulting from the scan.

Edit: I just discovered the guide on dvdcoverart.com for scanning and may give scanning this sucker another shot and maybe try to create a simple cover for the time being until someone else could come up with something better.

Well, I gave it my best shot and here is the result.

Edit: Image gone

I made heavy use of the Clone tool to fill out the back side which may be obvious since there were quite a few scratches on the scan. I think it looks fair, but I'm sure it could look better. I do have a 300dpi version of this if anyone is interested. Maybe I can get this submitted to www.dvdcoverart.com so that I can print this out for myself.

I submitted my work to dvdcoverart and it was rejected, not surprising as the back looked fairly bad. I reworked it, the black on the back is actually black now and I think the text still came out fine. Anyways, I resubmitted my second try to dvdcoverart.com to see if they accept it. In the meantime, here's a link to the hi-res version of my second submission.
