Happy?

April Fools is DEAD!!!!

JEEEEZ!

I thought that it would be SOOOOOOOOOOO OBVIOUS from the subject line that folks would not be fooled.....

If you don't know what I am referring to good. You wouldn't HATE and want to BAN me for the evil thing I did.

Dude, coming from somebody who was defending the bad April Fools jokes, let it go, you're not gaining any points by keeping the topic alive.

If you *don't* get suspended, consider yourself lucky. You broke a stated rule, and you, thus, deserve the stated punishment.

Once again, nobody was fooled.

We simply do not want to have every single member of this forum coming in and starting a lame joke thread. What if 20 or 30 other people decided to do what you did? That's why it's -- wait for it -- against the rules!

And starting a 2nd thread to bitch about your first one?

If members said...hey thats not really right to do please delete it etc. fine....but people were damn RUDE!

A slight error in judgment on my part perhaps...but other members responses were WRONG!

It goes both ways folks....respect that is....

I thought there would be suspensions for April Fools threads?

1. This thread shouldn't have even been started.
2. It is definitely in the wrong forum.

but people were damn RUDE!
Most people consider what you did -- ie, breaking stated rules -- to be rude. They were returning the rudeness you offered.

And let me just say one last time, before I stop responding in these threads, LET IT GO DUDE. The fact that you didn't get suspended or outright banned is a gift, you should stop while you're ahead. Seriously. Everybody understands your POV, you're not adding anything to the discussion. Neither are the people who are criticizing you, but your stubborn inability to understand what you did wrong is frustrating, and I'm tired of defending your mistake.

You seem to have something confused. first you have to earn some respect. being a cool new member without contributing anything doesn't help in that respect stock.
