Problem with disc 2 of Chaplin's "The Circus"

I was wondering if I just got a faulty disc or if more people experienced this problem. I just watched the first disc of the new WB/mk2 version of Chaplin's "The Circus" and everything worked perfectly. However, I tried playing the 2nd special features disc and my DVD player would not load the disc. I have a Pioneer DV-343. I also tried it on a Playstation 2 and on my computer's DVD drive and neither would read the disc either. Some of the times I put the disc in the player immediately ejects it again. Anyone else with the box set or this disc have the same problem?

edit: I just checked and every other disc in the box works perfectly in all these players. Also, all the discs from the first WB/mk2 set worked fine in them as well.

The 2nd disc in my Circus set plays with no problems.

On my the Chaplin Revue set Disc 1 is labled as Disc 2 & Disc 2 is labled as Disc 1.

No problems with my Chaplin set. Sounds like you got a bad disc.

Same here. Are all the Chaplin Revues are like this?

Thanks for the feedback. Does anyone know how WB is with replacement discs? I emailed them, so I'm hoping to hear back from them soon.

Probably. It's the same way in my set.

Some people have been offered replacements for defective DVDs directly by WB; others have been told to return their bad disc(s) for exchange at "the store of purchase" (in that case, you'd have to bring in/send back the entire Chaplin Collection V. 2 box set.) Seems it depends on who you talk to/reads your email. Hope it works out for you.

I was looking at my Circus DVD and it appears to be manufatured by WAMO. I have contacted them before about defective DVDs and had no trouble getting a replacement. Here is the contact information I had saved. Haven't used it in a few years so I don't know if anything has changed.

Looks like my Chaplin Revue DVDs were also reversed.

My second disc for the Circus is bad as well.

Thanks for the info LASERMOVIES, I'll try them first as sending the whole thing back to Amazon would be a pain.

Great set otherwise though.

I hadn't heard back from WB yet so I fired an email off to that address too. Thanks for posting that info.
