"Edgar Winterrrrr" -- Tarsem Singh on one of The Cell's deleted scenes.

Also in the commentary for the film itself, Singh talks about one of the actresses in the film who lied about being a lifeguard to get her part when she couldn't swim at all. He warns other directors to never hire her.

Very entertaining commentary.

(Paraphrased) "And of course Tony [Anthony Stewart Head] is not wearing any pants in this scene again."
- Joss Whedon: various Buffy commentaries

"Yay!!!!!!!"
- Monica Rial: various ADV anime commentaries, plus of course "Yay!!!!!! Panties!!!!!!!!" in the Najica Blitz Tactics commentaries.

And I loved the fight between director Stanley Donen and screenwriter Peter Stone on the commentary for Charade on if they should or shouldn't say where the money is hidden because some people may be watching the commentary without seeing the film first.

On the Usual Suspects commentary when they spot the bad continunity of the plane landing.
"See, the plane just dropped two engines!"
"thats so it can land safely"
Its one of the only commentarys I've heard more than 5 times (as well as the way of the gun).

The group commentary of Versus was hilarious. They kept making fun of the movie, ragging on each other as actors, and having a great time with it. I thought the movie pretty much blowed chunks and sold the DVD, but I'd actually like to have it back just to listen to these guys again.

Not just that, but the fact that she interrupts Paul Anderson* to say it. Drunken genius? Complete arse? Um... geni-arse?

Affleck is the KING of the commentary. From Armageddon:
"These guys are the top oil drillers in the world. How do they know? Is there a test?"

The good ones keep popping up: Michelle Rodriguez, Resident Evil, referring to Milla Jovavich's breast shot: "If you were really committed, you'd have shown both of them."

Paul Verhoeven, Starship Troopers, "Real Johnny . . . CG Johnny! CG Johnny!"

While not any inparticular quote, I did find that for a "family" movie, Alec Baldwin's commentary on "Cat In the Hat" exposed some really bizarre fetishes that we did not need to know about.

I like the combined commentaries from Airplane when they make fun of their interior plane set, especially the fact that the overhead luggage compartments don't have doors and the duct tape holding the walls together.

That's a good one...it's actually from a new introduction on the DVD, as the audio commentary is the same one as the Criterion laserdisc.

The very first thing you hear on that track is something like this:

Schwartzenegger: Hi, dis is Chon Meeleeuss.

Milius: And I am Ahhh-nald Schwaaatzenegguh.

Schwartzenegger: And if you believe DAT, Den you vill also believe dat there are Richaad Simmons CHUNIORS RANNING AROUND!! AAAAH-HAA-HAA-HAA

It's kind of unreal, and it sets a good tone for the rest of the commentary.

Arnold from Conan the Barbarian "I get laid alot in dis movie!"

Billy Boyd from The Two Towers (describing Peter Jackson's direction filming the Isengard dam breaking scene) "....And then he'd say 'Here comes the water!', and Dom would, you know, piss himself"
