Ok - I checked, and it's one of his early (student?) efforts, made before Greetings. It's apparently never appeared on any format.

Funny how you're wrong, though, isn't it?

Kube - I know there's a R2 -- off-hand I'd say French, not sure -- DVD with several early De Palma movie's like this; I feel about 40 or 50% sure this is one of the three titles on there, so I'm definitely not *that* confident about it. Either way, De Palma is way more popular in Europe, so I'd say they'd be more likely to get it than we are. But let's hope.

I have the region 2 french dvd.
It's not on there.

It does have, however:

dionysus in '69 (85 minute feature, de palma's first use of split-screen)

woton's wake (27 minute short film with a horror theme)

the responsive eye (promo made in 1966 for the museum of modern art in new york)

and a documentary in french, but De Palma speaking english.

Overall the set is worth having if you are a diehard de palma fan.

I sure would like to see Murder A La Mod...

That R2 dvd sounds great though.

What's it called?

Thanks
