Quick question about Traffic: Criterion Collection
I'm looking at buying this movie and have a couple questions. Are there different versions (American and Canadian) of this DVD? Or all are R1 copies, including the cover art, the exact same?
Can someone who owns this disc please post the UPC code as well. Thanks!

I'm going to be more helpful than Garolo, who didn't need to add that snide comment.
I have the Canadian version. Content wise, all R1 versions are the same. Two small differences - no spine number on the Canadian version and the Alliance logo on the front.

I asked the same question about someone on the board who was posting the Traffic: Criterion for 14.99 online. I think he mentioned there is the american version and one that is distributed through canada by canadian alliance, that the cover and disc art are different.

asianxcore - I'm in the same situation as you. Thinking about buying the DVD from mjentertainment.com.
From the link in the other thread I guess its confirmed that the deal is for the Alliance version. So do I go with the low price and extra logo/no spine # (thanks Josh!), or buy the American version.
...I mean, what's a Criterion w/o the spine #, right?
edit: is it false advertising that the seller lists the American UPC in the auction?
