dont buy the..

schindlers list gift set!! bought mine it broke. had 2 friends call me minutes ago saying there case also broke! what are they tryiong to pull on us? 60.00 for cheap crap! anyone else have any problems with there case busting on te gift set?

bought it at a mom and pop store called the exclusive company in my home town. the case fisrt craked upon opening it to take out dvd. then when i went to close it up it broke at the seem like thing. very cheap imo

Oh, well, if yours broke, I guess I'll base all of my purchasing decisions on your say-so.

I'm always amused by the "DON'T BUY __________" threads.

I have heard that the plastic in the gift sets is very brittle and breaks easily (most of them broken in transit to the stores) but that's not the only reason I'm passing on the large oversized box.

Sorry to hear that Universal screwed up packaging again. Who woulda thought?

This is sad. Universal does need to start rethinking their collector's edition packaging. I mean, look at the E.T. Giftset. I had to put some velcro on the box just to keep it shut. Collector's editions are supposed to have great packaging, that's partly what you pay for.
