My copy of the DVD came with a free sample CD of the sountrack inside. It contains two tracks from the soundtrack CD which I bought back in August (Here's Where I Stand and Century Plant). The free CD was included with the insert in my copy of DVD (which I bought at Tower).

Yep, my copy had a sample CD included too and I also purchased it at Tower Records.

Maybe it's a Tower thing? Hmm.....

(oh, and by the way, my transfer kind of sucks too in the night scenes, and when the glorious Tiffany Taylor is singing "Here's Where I Stand" the saturated orange and blue lighting colors have distracting jagged edges on her face.)
