Dude, at $7/hr you need to buying your DVDs used. Hit the sales on previously viewed discs at hollywood video, blockbuster video and moviegallery as well as local pawn shops and used cd/dvd stores.

Tell me about it...I don't have a huge income, so I buy most everything used. As a matter of fact, I picked up the Black Hawk Down 3-disc set for $14.99 at a used shop. Outside of that, I'd suggest posting a Want Ad over in the DVD Exchange Forum...you could either buy it outright, or trade some of your own stuff. Just a thought.

Well I picked it up. And I know I don't make that much money but my parents do cover things for me a lot. LIke I dont have car payments or insurance yet. So I'm saving while buying DVDs. It's all good. And the DVD is FANTASTIC! I've LIMITED myself to ONE or TWO DVDs PER check and this cheack was a good size (for a HS student) and so it won't be hurting my saving. Although I do wanna get an AFI shirt Saturday. Thanks for the input. And one last note, I usually buy DVDs on sale. I looke for the best prices (DVD Planet for Criterion) and I get the sale DVDs. Thanks again you guys. You all know how to help a 17 year old very well.

One last note . . . sell your old, single-disc copy on eBay and make a little cash back so that you can buy the t-shirt.
