New Disney Releases Widescreen?

Anyone know if the following Disney releases will be Anamorphic Widescreen or if they are planning a nothing horrible release like "The Absent-Minded Professor"?

The Gnome-Mobile - March 2nd
Freaky Friday - June 1st
Flight of the Navigator - June 1st
Darby O'Gill and the Little People - August 3rd

Thanks!

The only one on the list that will be anamorphic so far is Freaky Friday. Details on Darby and Flight have not been announce yet.

You'd think Disney would've learned their lesson after "the Absent-Minded Professor v1"...

They don't care. They are positioning all their titles to maximize profits before HD-DVD so they can repeat the process.

When it comes time for the cycle to begin they can use the marketing angle that "now see so and so they way it was meant to be seen". The vast majority of consumers still don't understand the technical details but it will become clear when their titles don't look the way they expect on their new tv. Either they will learn the zoom feature or be too lazy and just rebuy the movie that fits the widescreen tv.

What abintra said is exactly right. As long as the majority of the consumers don't care, Disney won't take the effort to make anamorphic widescreen DVDs.
